"We got my mom the ECG because she's 90 years old, is hard of hearing and lives out in the country alone. We needed a way for her to get help if she needed it. Recently, my sister was not able to reach her for several days as she was not answering her phone. I was able to send her a message via the ECG app saying we were trying to call but couldn't get through. She went to a neighbor's house and called us. We fixed the phone problem at our next visit. It not only gives her a way to reach us but another way to reach her...ECG is much easier for her to use."
